Room Design Package
For clients who desire a comprehensive design plan from start to finish.
$300 (for all jobs) Tia will come to your space to discuss your vision and her ideas. If retainer fee is paid in full at the consultation, the consultation fee is completely waived.
- Minimum 3 schemes per room
- Unlimited hours of consultation via phone and email with the Designer
- Designer will order and schedule delivery for all items
- Lead Designer and Assistant will conduct shopping trips for the accessories
- Full staging and styling at the end
*Clients outside of the greater Houston area will be billed for the Lead Designer's travel at cost. Number of trips required will be determined at the initial consultation by the Lead Designer.
